Join Our Team as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist!
This position is fully remote, and applicants must possess a valid California state license or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one.
Compensation:
This role is classified as a non-exempt, W2 hourly position. Compensation varies based on the number of hours worked, with clinical rates ranging from $44 to $58 per hour. This rate covers both direct client care and necessary documentation.
Clinicians who commit to high-demand hours (weekday evenings after 5 PM and/or weekend daytime) can earn a sign-on bonus of $150 per eligible hour, distributed in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. The total bonus amount is contingent on availability.
Availability:
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) enjoy the flexibility to create a schedule that suits their lifestyle, with a requirement to include availability after 3:30 PM on weekdays and/or weekends. A minimum commitment of 7 hours of availability per week is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and formulate care plans utilizing Expressable’s proprietary technology platform and clinical tools.
• Provide care centered on measurable outcomes while engaging and educating caregivers.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation in line with quality standards.
• Actively participate in required training, communications, and compliance tasks.
• Offer coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
