Join our team as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist! This position is fully remote, and candidates must possess a valid Georgia state license or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
This is a full-time, exempt, salaried W2 position, offering a competitive base salary ranging from $63,000 to $81,500. Additionally, there is potential for bonuses ranging from $7,800 to $26,400, leading to a total compensation range of $70,000 to $108,000 annually.
Availability:
Candidates must be available for 36-40 hours per week, with flexibility for afternoon and evening hours to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and create individualized care plans utilizing Expressable’s advanced technology platform and clinical tools.
• Deliver care centered on measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Actively participate in required trainings, communications, and compliance tasks.
• Provide coverage for colleagues' PTO and sick leaves to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through mentorship, internal CEUs, and monthly Grand Rounds.
Qualifications:
• Must hold ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and possess an individual NPI number.
• Georgia state license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• A minimum of 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings.
• Experience in conducting assessments.
• Strong computer literacy and capability to learn new systems independently.
• Familiarity with insurance-based and Medicaid populations.
