Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. A state license in Texas is required, or you must be willing to obtain it.
Compensation:
This is a full-time exempt position with a W2 salary structure. The base salary ranges from $63,000 to $81,500, alongside a bonus potential of $7,800 to $26,400, leading to a total annual compensation potential between $70,000 and $108,000.
Availability:
You will need to be available for a minimum of 36-40 hours a week, including some afternoon and evening hours to cater to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a varied pediatric clientele.
• Diagnose and create tailored care plans using Expressable’s innovative technology platform and clinical resources.
• Deliver care with an emphasis on measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation in accordance with quality standards.
• Actively participate in mandatory training, communication, and compliance tasks.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through mentorship, internal CEUs, and monthly Grand Rounds.
Required Qualifications:
• ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) along with an individual NPI number.
• A Texas license (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
• Reliable internet and proficiency with teletherapy platforms.
• A minimum of one year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings.
• Experience in conducting assessments.
• Strong computer skills and ability to independently learn new systems.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.
