Join our team as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist!
This fully remote position allows you to provide speech therapy services from the comfort of your own home. To apply, you must possess a valid state license in Tennessee or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
This role is classified as a non-exempt, W2 hourly position. Compensation ranges from $40 to $54 per hour, depending on the hours you choose to work. This rate covers both direct patient care and necessary documentation.
Clinicians who commit to high-demand hours during weekday evenings post 5 PM and/or weekend daytime hours may qualify for a sign-on bonus of $150 for each eligible hour, paid in two installments at the three and six-month marks of employment. The total bonus amount will vary based on your availability.
Availability:
As an SLP, you have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits your lifestyle, with options for either 36 or 40 hours of availability each week. Our scheduling accommodates late afternoon and evening times to better serve our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric demographic.
• Assess and design care plans using Expressable's innovative technology and clinical instruments.
• Deliver patient care aimed at measurable outcomes while educating and engaging caregivers.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation, adhering to quality standards.
• Actively participate in required training, communications, and compliance activities.
• Provide coverage for colleagues' PTO and sick leave to ensure continuity of care.
