Join our team as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist! This fully remote position requires candidates to hold a valid state license in Michigan or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position, where compensation varies based on the number of hours worked. Our clinical rates range from $40 to $54 per hour, which includes compensation for both direct care and indirect documentation tasks.
Additionally, clinicians who commit to high-demand hours, such as weekday evenings after 5 p.m. and weekend daytime hours, will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $150 per eligible hour of availability, paid in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment.
Availability:
SLPs will have the flexibility to design a schedule that fits their needs, but all schedules must include availability after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and/or on weekends. A minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week is required.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Diagnose and develop care plans utilizing Expressable’s custom technology platform and clinical tools
• Deliver care focused on measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement
• Complete documentation accurately and on time, adhering to quality standards
• Engage in required training, communications, and compliance tasks
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure continuity of care.
