At Talkiatry, we are revolutionizing mental health care as a fully virtual practice designed by clinicians, for clinicians. Our innovative care model and infrastructure are strategically crafted to enhance the quality of outpatient services and broaden access for patients in need of care.
We are seeking independently licensed therapists who desire:
Reliable W-2 compensation along with comprehensive benefits.
Flexible scheduling within a well-structured outpatient framework.
A fully remote work environment with minimal administrative responsibilities.
Clear guidelines regarding caseload, documentation, and workflow pace.
An outpatient therapy model specifically developed for virtual care, ensuring you can provide well-structured and thoughtful treatment.
Your daily practice will involve:
Complete remote outpatient therapy sessions.
Working with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, etc.).
Standard session durations (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
A consistent outpatient caseload with transparent, defined goals.
No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis call duties.
Access to an in-house referral network to and from psychiatrists.
Comprehensive operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
Clinical autonomy and flexibility:
Ability to make independent treatment decisions.
Input on scheduling and weekly availability within operational parameters.
Clinical practices aligned with evidence-based standards.
Care expectations shaped by practicing clinicians, emphasizing professional judgment and collective accountability for quality care.
You will operate independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support. Our objective is to alleviate your administrative workload, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Desired qualifications:
Must possess independent licensure in the state of Iowa.
Experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
