As a part of our team, you will undergo training at our Airoli, Navi Mumbai location, followed by a flexible work-from-home arrangement. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
Training Overview:
3 weeks of training (1 week focused on communication skills + 2 weeks on the specific process) followed by 2 weeks of nesting to help you adapt to the work environment.
Process: You will be involved in the travel backend process. Excellent communication skills are a must!
Interview Process: Candidates will go through a face-to-face interview along with an SHL assessment.
Educational Requirements: A minimum of HSC is required.

- Applicants must be located in Mumbai; outstation candidates are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate case details efficiently to determine sanctions risk.
- Resolve cases and provide necessary information to back up decisions.
- Escalate medium or high-risk cases for further review.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Understand and apply relevant policies, especially concerning sanctions.
- Provide additional services as needed, with a preference for candidates who have basic knowledge of the travel industry.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple client tools.
- Attention to detail and basic email communication skills.
- Fluency in the required languages for the role.
- Excellent time management and analytical skills.
- Confidence in making decisions with minimal supervision.
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with multi-system environments.
