An Overview of This Role
This position is fully remote and will cater to candidates in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
As a Renewals Manager, you will play a crucial role in retaining and expanding our diverse portfolio of US Public Sector accounts, including Federal, State, Local, and Educational clients. This position blends customer success and sales, as you will manage the renewal process from initial outreach through to booking, proactively reducing renewal risks before they escalate and identifying opportunities for expansion, services, and training that enhance customer value. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and distributor and channel partners, you will ensure timely and accurate renewals in a dynamic remote working environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in managing a high volume of tasks with meticulous attention to detail, excel in remote work settings, and assist customers in navigating intricate procurement and compliance challenges. Within your first year, you will establish trust within your book of business, instill discipline in pipeline management and forecasting, and implement consistent renewal processes that support retention and expansion.
