Join ASCO Equipment as a Rental Coordinator in the Austin/Manor, Texas Rental Department. In this dynamic role, you will cultivate relationships with customers while addressing their equipment needs. Your responsibilities will encompass writing rental contracts, managing logistics for equipment, and providing vital sales support to the Rental Department and Outside Sales Representatives. The focus will be on retaining our valued customer base while attracting new clients to facilitate continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new client accounts and maintain existing relationships.
- Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting walk-in and call-in customers.
- Utilize the company operating system to process rental quotes, reservations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with managers and sales teams to effectively meet customer requirements.
- Engage in product presentations at customer clinics, open houses, and sponsored events.
- Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Comply with all safety regulations and complete necessary safety training.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Represent ASCO with professionalism and positivity at all times.
