We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Rental Coordinator to join our rental facility in Phoenix, AZ. If you are eager to grow with us and contribute your energy and drive to shaping the future of construction, we want to meet you!
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay available after 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities
At EquipmentShare, we are redefining the equipment rental experience through our proprietary T3 technology. This platform enables rental coordinators to operate more efficiently by providing real-time information about our equipment and ensuring that customers receive the right tools when needed.
Respond to incoming leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
Expand our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations and profitability.
Maintain and strengthen existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, keeping clients informed about new opportunities and services that can benefit their business.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Develop innovative sales strategies to enhance market share and elevate customer experience.
