We’re seeking a Rental Coordinator for our Newark, CA (Advanced Solutions) facility, someone eager to grow with us, bring enthusiasm and dedication to their role, and contribute to the future of construction.
Salary range: $19.50 - $30/hour. Compensation may vary based on experience and location.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay available beyond 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities
At EquipmentShare, we’re not just renting equipment; we’re enhancing the rental experience with our proprietary T3 technology. Our platform enables rental coordinators to work more efficiently by providing up-to-date information on every machine, ensuring customers receive the right equipment at the right time.
Assist inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
Grow our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction company leaders. Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase revenue, and operate more effectively.
Maintain and cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support, keeping them informed about new opportunities to enhance their business with EquipmentShare.
Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
