About the job
As machine intelligence evolves, it is poised to transform the landscape of knowledge management and creation. What began in the mid-1990s with the delegation of decision-making to search engines is now transitioning to advanced neural networks, where knowledge is synthesized within artificial neurons. Unlike biological systems, machine intelligence, constructed from silicon, requires structured protocols to develop and connect. These protocols, akin to natural processes, should be open, permissionless, and neutral. At Gensyn, we are pioneering the protocol that integrates essential resources for machine intelligence to thrive alongside human cognition.
The Role
- Engage in groundbreaking research on scalable, distributed machine learning systems in collaboration with seasoned researchers and engineers. Investigate innovative methods for constructing and validating neural networks that function across extensive decentralized networks of diverse devices.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to original research focused on deep learning, emphasizing modular architectures, verifiability, continual learning, and scalability.
- Design and prototype novel neural network architectures tailored for decentralized computing environments.
- Collaborate on joint publications and projects with academic and industry researchers targeting prestigious AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR.
