Your Role
As a Research Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for training cutting-edge models and developing methodologies that facilitate continual learning within enterprise settings. You will design and execute large-scale experiments, delve into advanced reinforcement learning techniques, and create tools that enhance our understanding of the training process. This role uniquely positions you at the crossroads of research and systems engineering, where you will innovate new algorithms in collaboration with researchers and work alongside infrastructure engineers to deploy them on GPUs.
