Position Overview

This role is fast-paced and pivotal, where the Researcher will play a key role in supporting internal client teams of consultants and fellow Researchers in delivering Executive Search, Board, and Advisory projects for various clients across distinct industries and functions. The core responsibilities encompass project planning, conducting market and candidate research, producing top-tier client deliverables, fostering business development, and managing knowledge effectively.
The Researcher will offer specialized market insights, strategic guidance, and client engagement support, acting as an integral member of the client engagement team. Collaborating closely with internal consultant stakeholders, you will contribute to a team dedicated to providing impactful human capital solutions for our clients. The perfect candidate will possess strong problem-solving capabilities, exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, and adeptness in juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Project Strategy
- Conduct thorough research on clients, their performance, and the surrounding ecosystem at the project's inception.
- Establish and oversee project milestones while coordinating with various stakeholders to define responsibilities.
- Lead research efforts for multiple simultaneous client projects in partnership with Consultants and other Researchers.
- Serve as a thought partner for the team in all project areas by formulating and refining a strategic approach (e.g., identifying priority targets and methodologies).
