Join the dynamic team at Rixos Phu Quoc as a Reservations Supervisor. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily activities of the Reservations Department, ensuring that our reservation agents process bookings with precision and efficiency. Your leadership will help maintain exceptional guest service standards in alignment with our hotel's revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reservations team, ensuring all booking requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
Verify that reservation details, including guest information, room types, rates, and payment methods, are accurately recorded.
Monitor response times for reservation inquiries made via phone, email, and online platforms.
Conduct reviews of reservations for accuracy and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Assist in managing special requests for VIPs, groups, and events as needed.
Team Supervision
Support the Reservations Team Leader in managing and mentoring the Reservations team.
Provide training and guidance to Reservation Agents to enhance their skills and performance.
Help uphold high service standards and encourage team productivity.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the team.
Sales & Revenue Support
Encourage a proactive sales approach when responding to reservation inquiries.
Assist in the implementation of pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
Keep team members updated on current offers, packages, and hotel developments.
Administration & Coordination
Help prepare reservation reports, track data, and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and accurate reservation management.
Safeguard the confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Support the implementation of ISO Integrated Management System requirements, focusing on quality, health and safety, environmental initiatives, and guest satisfaction.
