Leverage your administrative and sales expertise to oversee office operations and conduct informative tours or engaging conversations with prospective residents.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage reception and administrative tasks at the Senior Living residence.
- Conduct engaging and sales-effective tours for walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
- Prioritize appointments and proactively handle any arising conflicts with a positive attitude.
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, processing invoices, tracking attendance, and handling payroll duties.
- Address phone and email inquiries, providing general information and directing inquiries to the appropriate channels.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
