As a Direct Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the number of active residential customers in your market through door-to-door engagements. This position focuses on residential sales, with potential contributions to multiple dwelling units (MDUs). Expect to work outdoors, visiting homes to meet sales targets while collaborating closely with your team leader and colleagues to develop strong relationships and refine sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential residential customers by effectively promoting GFiber’s internet services.Create a robust lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions, supplemented by in-person, phone, and email follow-ups.Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with pertinent customer data, conversion status, and notes.Collaborate with team members to guarantee a smooth and positive customer experience.Articulate the GFiber value proposition to potential customers.Exhibit an understanding of GFiber’s network and technical deployment.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Physical capability to perform outdoor activities for extended durations, including frequent walking and climbing stairs.A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work purposes.Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that aligns with company standards.
