We invite passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer at our builder financing subsidiary, M/I Financial, LLC in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will possess:

Role Summary:
As a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer, you will originate first lien residential mortgages by fostering a strong partnership with our Homebuilder, delivering a highly personalized and financially informed loan origination service that results in timely closings and exemplary customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with new home sales personnel to engage with buyers in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation for loan approval.
- Prepare and communicate initial Loan Estimates.
- Prequalify potential borrowers as necessary.
- Negotiate loan pricing with customers.
- Oversee the overall loan transaction, liaising with applicants, processors, underwriters, and creditors to clarify application details.
- Ensure timely scheduling of loan closings to align with home builder and borrower requirements.
