Your Role:
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities
- Conduct engaging sales presentations to homeowners, addressing their home improvement needs
- Prepare accurate estimates based on labor and material costs
- Perform detailed exterior home inspections to assess storm damage
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters during inspections and sales processes
- Maintain prompt communication via phone and email
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions
- Utilize the latest technology tools in your sales efforts
- Expand your professional network and gather referrals
- Foster long-lasting customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in roofing and exterior sales
- Strong customer service and sales acumen
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of storm damage evaluation
- Experience working with insurance adjusters
- Proficient in reading and interpreting homeowner insurance claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with modern technology, including smartphones and tablets
- Comfortable using industry software for estimates and project management
- Availability during evenings and weekends, especially from May to October
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
- Physical capability to climb ladders and work on roofs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with exterior materials and product lines
