Who will you care for today? The residents of De Weid 19 – 21 in Heemskerk are seeking a dedicated support worker! At this residential location on the Harteheem site in Heemskerk, we are looking for someone to work 16 to 24 hours per week. What do we offer?
Salary according to the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg in FWG 35 (€2,546 to €3,564 based on 36 hours);
We offer a one-year contract with a one-month probation period. With good performance and mutual satisfaction, there is an intention to convert this contract to a permanent position (16 - 24 hours per week);

De Weid 19-21
Our residence on the Harteheem site in Heemskerk is a safe home for 10 men and 2 women aged between 16 and 45. They have diverse complex care needs such as behavioral issues, Prader-Willi syndrome, and/or autism alongside their intellectual disabilities. The developmental age varies from 6 months to 4 years, which requires an approach that aligns with their experience of the world. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing daily structure, recognizing tensions, and employing de-escalation techniques. You will work closely with an experienced team that complements each other well. We believe in a safe and stable environment where clients can develop at their own pace.
