Job Title: Resource Manager

In this pivotal role, you will oversee resource planning and allocation, ensuring that the right talent is matched with the right projects based on their skills, experience, availability, and project budgets. Your expertise will be crucial in guaranteeing that our resources are well-prepared to deliver exceptional results on upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to Capability leaders across the organization.
- Manage the weekly resource allocation process for creative staff, collaborating with creative leaders and project managers to navigate work fluctuations.
- Analyze and distribute profitability and utilization metrics reports to internal stakeholders.
- Identify staffing gaps and validate the need for additional freelance or internal support.
- Coordinate with HR on the recruitment of freelance positions as needed.
- Work with Recruiting to prioritize requisition statuses based on revenue and business needs.
- Oversee the freelance budget forecast on a monthly and annual basis.
- Facilitate short-term interagency rotations in collaboration with the Resource Management team.
- Handle employee issues effectively and confidentially.
Technical Proponent:
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline resource management processes, data mining, and reporting.
- Leverage technology effectively to enhance communication with employees and colleagues.
Expert, Innovator & Integrator:
- Exhibit proficiency in resource allocation practices.
