As the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Burger King, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's success, with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead a dedicated team comprising an Assistant Manager, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members (20-45 employees).
Key Responsibilities:
Profitability:
- Own the restaurant's P&L, actively steering operations toward achieving financial targets.
- Analyze key financial metrics to enhance restaurant profitability.
- Boost sales through exceptional guest service, staff development, and efficient operations.
Guest Experience:
- Inspire and guide your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences with fast, friendly, and accurate service in a welcoming environment.
- Manage guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and swiftly address any issues.
- Utilize guest feedback systems to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Engage with the local community to attract potential guests and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee recruitment and retention processes to build a skilled and cohesive team.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring they achieve certification.
- Motivate the team through effective recognition and coaching initiatives.
- Provide ongoing feedback to enhance team performance and capabilities.
Operational Management:
- Optimize labor management through strategic staffing and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Maintain high operational and brand standards.
- Step in to perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator as required.
