Role Overview: Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager at Domes Resorts plays a pivotal role in ensuring the restaurant's daily operations run smoothly, guaranteeing guest satisfaction, managing financial performance, and leading the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This position combines leadership, operational management, customer service, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of food and beverage service while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. From handling busy service periods to implementing innovative promotions and addressing guest concerns, the Restaurant Manager is integral to the success of Domes Resorts' dining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Guest Relations
- Foster a welcoming environment for guests through friendly interactions and attentive service, anticipating their needs for a memorable dining experience.
- Listen actively to guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to meet special dietary requests.
- Enhance the guest dining experience with personalized service, thoughtful touches, and meticulous attention to detail, implementing strategies that promote guest loyalty.
Operational Management
