Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude; mentor and guide team members as needed.
- Recruit and onboard new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant by delegating tasks and ensuring completion.
- Implement production management systems and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
- Guide team members in food preparation, ensuring compliance with brand and health department standards.
- Conduct ongoing training to uphold company standards for all staff.
- Communicate effectively with the team and maintain a clear information board.
- Launch new brand campaigns and provide training for new products.
- Monitor food safety and quality, ensuring operational excellence.
- Oversee cash management, sales records, and inventory control.
- Engage with the district manager as required.
- Complete daily, weekly, and periodic administrative tasks including paperwork and inventory counts.
- Ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff by adhering to safety regulations.
- Document incidents in accordance with company policies.
- Take ownership of financial and operational metrics to drive profitability.
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members and provide constructive feedback.
