Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
As a Restaurant Zone Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to Raising Cane’s esteemed standards and values across the management responsibilities of a designated restaurant zone.
The position requires a dynamic work environment, which includes operating in a fast-paced kitchen setting. This entails extended periods of physical activity such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending, along with engaging with customers. The role encompasses both indoor and outdoor tasks under varying temperatures and involves working with food products, potential allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning supplies that necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Ensure operations align with Raising Cane’s standards in your restaurant zone during each shift.
- Uphold and enforce Raising Cane’s policies and operational standards.
- Manage your assigned zone in compliance with Raising Cane’s operational and safety protocols.
- Utilize necessary tools, forms, and logs to facilitate shift operations, document outcomes, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Lead and direct crewmembers throughout the shift.
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
- Assist in executing rewards and recognition initiatives for your team members.
- Authorize managerial functions that require approval, such as discounts and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility’s operational status is optimal.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
