- Take ownership of the sales floor, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always the top priority.
- Prepare fitting rooms, assist customers in finding their perfect sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through follow-ups on purchases, sharing information about new products, and inviting them to upcoming events.
- Stay informed about trending items and best sellers, sharing insights with both customers and team members.
Drive Business Success
- Motivate the sales team to reach sales targets in a collaborative commission-based environment.
- Seek out knowledge about new products within the fashion and activewear sectors to enhance your expertise.
- Lead projects while maintaining a focus on elevating customer experience.
- Communicate inventory requirements to support overall business objectives.
Leadership and Ownership
- Oversee all product shipments and manage inventory effectively.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager on daily operations, sales strategies, community involvement, and team management to ensure smooth business operations.
- Guide the team in daily store maintenance, including restocking, visual merchandising, re-ticketing, and cleanliness.
- Exercise the highest level of responsibility, attention to safety protocols, and security during store opening and closing.
- Encourage team members to consistently deliver their best, adhere to punctuality, and fulfill their roles diligently.
