As a Retail Media Specialist (IC2), you will be an integral part of the Retail Media Growth team, facilitating seamless campaign execution and delivering valuable insights through comprehensive post-campaign analyses. Your expertise will be crucial in driving advertising revenue, ensuring that campaigns not only meet but exceed performance expectations.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in ad tech or digital advertising who thrive on operational execution, data analysis, and fostering sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Assist in the comprehensive management of retail media campaigns, ensuring their successful execution across various markets.
Perform detailed post-campaign analyses, measuring outcomes against KPIs, and providing actionable insights to the Growth team and our clients. Prepare thorough performance reports, dashboards, and summaries for both internal stakeholders and external advertisers.
Collaborate with the Growth team to pinpoint opportunities for optimization in current and future campaigns.
Maintain precise tracking of campaigns, budgets, and documentation to guarantee transparency and accountability.
Support the team with various tasks, including account research, client communications, and operational coordination.
Contribute to enhancing tools, processes, and workflows to improve campaign execution and reporting efficiency.
Work closely with Ads Growth Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaign outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in ad tech, digital advertising, retail media, or campaign operations, with a robust understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, and the retail media landscape.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and translating campaign performance into actionable insights.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external clients. A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership of execution and delivery.
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment while supporting ambitious revenue targets.
A collaborative team player, eager to contribute to the success of the Growth team.
