The Retail Representative is responsible for effectively managing their designated territory through regular store visits, conducting surveys, and fulfilling various tasks. Utilizing provided technology, they will capture images and complete reporting requirements. Reliable transportation and a smartphone no older than 5 years are essential for this role. This position involves merchandising duties and the physical capability to lift and bend repeatedly, handling weights of up to 50 pounds.
- This is a full-time position, servicing retailers in the San Antonio, TX area from Monday to Friday (4 days a week).
- Location: San Antonio, TX (within a 25-mile radius).
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

- Engage in retail operations including ordering products and restocking shelves.
- Perform audits and merchandising tasks in local grocery stores.
- Travel to various retail locations.
- Ensure accurate representation of client products on store shelves.
- Report findings and data to management via a downloadable application.
- Maintain a safe working environment while in stores.
- Adhere to attendance and dress code policies.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comply with additional guidelines from the Store Team.
- Participate in client kickoff video calls.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by fostering relationships with store managers.
- Monitor sales volume and inventory levels.
- Promote awareness of approved corporate deals with store management.
- Encourage stores to place larger orders and accept them.
- Support promotional activities by creating and negotiating displays for consumer visibility.
- Distribute in-store promotional materials such as neck-hangers, aisle stoppers, danglers, coupons, and samples.
- Rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins.
- Ensure compliance with approved schematic layouts and planograms.
- Capture product images and maintain reports.
