As a Retail Reset Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in executing merchandising tasks that involve interpreting plano-grams and schematic layouts. Your responsibilities will include implementing department or brand resets within grocery and retail environments. You will need to demonstrate strong execution skills, adapting to challenging and evolving deadlines.
Effective communication with clients, leadership, and managers is essential, fostering a cooperative and professional atmosphere at all times. A strong focus on collaboration, engagement, and customer service is vital to succeed in this role.
You are expected to accurately report all completed retail tasks through designated systems on the same day they are performed.
Additionally, you will complete necessary training and certification programs and utilize CROSSMARK’s communication tools to plan, report, and review your work effectively.
Providing excellent customer service and cultivating professional relationships with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies is key to meeting company and client objectives.
You will also be responsible for ensuring proper maintenance of all company equipment and receiving required products and materials at a secure location for resets.
Adherence to company policies, procedures, and your specific responsibilities is mandatory.
