FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive for Results
- Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques and by sharing product knowledge with customers; assist in merchandise selection based on customer preferences.
- Stay informed about current promotions and sales; uphold pricing and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain high standards in merchandise handling, store presentation, loss prevention, and other tasks as assigned by management.
- Participate in visual merchandising directives, including monthly store resets and zone maintenance.
Customer Experience
- Exemplify and advocate for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.
- Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver a swift and efficient checkout experience, staying updated on policies regarding payments, coupons, returns, exchanges, and security practices.
- Encourage add-on purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
- Register clients for the reward program.
- Develop and sustain a loyal customer following through personalized clienteling and wardrobe consultations.
- Be knowledgeable about current product fits and style assortments available both in-store and online.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients using a customer book.
Operational Excellence
- Facilitate replenishment tasks to keep the store well-stocked and inviting.
- Assist with locating and fulfilling customer orders.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, including floor sets and window displays.
