Your Role at Axi:
As a Retail Services Associate, you will play a vital role in our Retail Services team, focused on expanding our market share by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive conversion performance and enhance the client conversion experience to boost our NTC conversion rate.
- Engage proactively with leads to improve our engagement metrics.
- Ensure high-quality conversions, leading to increased second deposits and productive trading.
- Address client complaints following established internal policies, providing compliance-approved responses when needed.
- Assist customers with initial trading challenges, including registration, verification, deposits, and terminal usage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the customer onboarding process and overall customer lifetime experience.
- Focus on retention and churn performance, developing strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
- Implement strategic outreach to various customer segments to maximize the overall customer portfolio.
- Enhance customer lifetime value by offering tailored solutions to our clients.
- Revitalize dormant customers within the market.
- Work alongside the marketing team to design effective campaigns aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Gain an understanding of the complete customer and partner journey.
- Coordinate with other commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their journey.
