- Customer Engagement: Warmly greet and guide customers as they enter the store, fostering a friendly and informative environment.
- Product Knowledge: Offer precise and comprehensive information about our products, answering customer questions with expertise.
- Sales Promotions: Keep customers informed about current discounts, special offers, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Product Familiarity: Stay updated on new products, trends, and ongoing promotions, enabling effective customer guidance and upselling.
- Merchandising: Efficiently organize and restock merchandise, ensuring optimal product presentation and availability.
- Transaction Handling: Accurately operate the cash register, processing transactions and managing cash and credit card payments.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the back stock room, create appealing merchandise displays on the sales floor, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure a neat and organized store environment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and ensure accurate accounting.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as directed by the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead.
- Store Operations: Participate in store opening and closing duties while adhering to operational guidelines and procedures.
