We are seeking a dynamic Retail Training Manager specialized in Jewelry and Fashion to join our team in Chennai. This pivotal role is designed to enhance the skill set of our retail workforce through effective training delivery across various products. Collaborating closely with the zonal business team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality training standards and improving key performance indicators (KPIs). Your insights will help identify key improvement areas within the organization, ensuring we address them proactively. You will be the voice of the customer within the organization, driving actionable insights from our Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with zonal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Pre-Journey plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze performance in identified stores and implement strategies to boost productivity month-on-month.
- Conduct a minimum of 24 training sessions each month.
- Utilize the Training Portal for daily reporting and documentation of training activities.
- Work one-on-one with individuals to elevate their performance and effectiveness.
- Provide post-training reports within 24 hours of session completion.
- Regularly communicate market challenges and updates to the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest products and processes to ensure relevant training content.
- Deliver high-quality, impactful training for every session.
- Aim for a trainer audit score of 4.0 or above out of 5.
- Assess the productivity of trained sales personnel and measure the impact of training initiatives.
