The hourly wage for this role is $23.55, translating to an annual salary of approximately $49,000.

Role Summary
As a Retirement Plan Specialist, you will embark on a path of learning and growth in effectively administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans. With a focus on accelerated learning and hands-on experience, you will progress from document review to managing basic plans. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client-submitted documents, proactively updating clients on progress, and assisting clients in understanding the essential year-end reporting documents needed for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
