Compensation for this role is $23.55 per hour, translating to an annual salary of approximately $49,000.

Role Overview:
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey to master the administration, testing, and reporting of 401(k) plans. Through tailored training and hands-on experience, you’ll quickly progress from reviewing documents to managing basic plans. You will liaise with clients to gather essential information, keep them informed of progress, and assist in understanding year-end reporting documents necessary for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
