Role Overview:
As a Retirement Plan Specialist at Guidant Financial, you’ll embark on a journey to master the intricacies of administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will transition from document review to managing basic plans. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client-submitted documents, keeping clients informed about their progress, and helping them understand essential year-end reporting documents needed for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
