Role Overview
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist at Guidant Financial, you will embark on a journey to master the administration, testing, and reporting of 401(k) plans. With accelerated learning and comprehensive training, you will swiftly progress from document review to managing basic plans. You will review documents submitted by clients, keep them informed of progress, and assist them in understanding the necessary year-end reporting documents for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
