Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue-related system alerts and daily control dashboards.
- Conduct preliminary checks and validations of billing, charging, and mediation processes.
- Detect discrepancies or unusual transaction patterns and escalate issues to Level 2 or relevant teams.
- Perform basic reconciliations between usage and billing data.
- Monitor for traffic fluctuations and atypical activities that could impact revenue.
- Ensure all incidents are accurately logged, monitored, and followed through to resolution.
- Assist in periodic reporting and documentation of revenue assurance insights.
