About the role:
- Develop the skills, sales behaviors, and deal strategies that empower revenue teams to generate leads and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership, RevOps, Marketing, and Product Marketing to implement Fever’s go-to-market strategy across all markets and verticals into standardized sales behaviors and best practices—focusing on positioning, discovery consistency, and deal execution.
- Oversee the onboarding process and continuous learning initiatives, assisting line managers and leadership in establishing effective coaching practices (e.g., deal reviews, call coaching, etc.).
- Create sales coaching materials using real examples (e.g., emails, sales calls, etc.).
