Join Delivery Hero as a dynamic Revenue Manager, where you will spearhead the go-to-market strategy and oversee product operations for our innovative Ads and Promotions tools across more than 22 markets in Europe, Central Asia, and Africa.
This hybrid role seamlessly integrates product management, commercial strategy, and analytical insight, significantly contributing to our top-line growth. You’ll leverage your unique combination of business intelligence, technical proficiency, and leadership qualities to convert business insights into actionable product requirements, guiding our product and commercial teams. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating rollouts, crafting enablement strategies, and defining how we package and scale monetization tools globally.
In this role, you'll lead a small but expanding team that comprises a Senior Analyst focusing on Partner Promotions, an Ads Specialist, and an intern, while reporting directly to the Head of Partner Monetization under the Vice President of Operations, Commercial & Brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Operations: Lead the operational rollouts and testing initiatives for AdTech and Partner Promotions to ensure effective delivery and revenue enhancement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with local market teams to solicit feedback, align priorities, and ensure that the product roadmap remains relevant to local needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside both front-end and back-end product teams to synchronize revenue objectives with user experience and operational efficiencies.
- Product Strategy: Own the business agenda for partner-facing tools, advocating for product adoption and maximizing promotional effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor your team—both directly and indirectly—across headquarters and local teams to execute vital projects and initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Serve as the primary escalation point for business and technical challenges, effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and utilize insights to inform roadmap development and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
