Join our dynamic team as a Revenue Manager, where you will spearhead the go-to-market strategy and oversee product operations for our Ads and Promotions toolset across over 22 markets in Europe, Central Asia, and Africa.
This hybrid position uniquely integrates product management, commercial strategy, and data analytics, playing a vital role in driving our revenue growth. You will need a strong mix of business insight, technical know-how, and leadership capabilities to convert business insights into product requirements and align them with our product and commercial teams. Your responsibilities will include leading rollouts, defining enablement tactics, and determining how we package and scale our monetization tools in diverse markets. You will mentor a compact but expanding team that includes a Senior Analyst focused on Partner Promotions, an Ads Specialist, and an intern.
You will report directly to the Head of Partner Monetization, under the VP of Operations, Commercial & Brands organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Operations: Drive operational rollouts and testing strategies for AdTech and Partner Promotions, ensuring effective delivery and revenue maximization.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with local market teams to gather insights, prioritize initiatives, and ensure product relevance in local contexts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with both front-end and back-end product teams to align revenue objectives with user experience and operational efficiency.
- Product Strategy: Lead the business agenda for partner-facing tools, promoting product adoption and enhancing promotional outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a small team—both directly and indirectly—across headquarters and local teams to implement key projects and initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of escalation for business and technical challenges, balancing priorities in a fast-paced, impactful environment.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends to inform roadmap decisions and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
