Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the foundational systems, data management, and processes essential for the smooth functioning of Braintrust’s go-to-market strategy. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, you will convert raw data into actionable insights that enhance execution, improve forecasting, and support day-to-day decision-making across the revenue organization.
This role is particularly suited for individuals early in their Revenue Operations career, eager for hands-on experience in scaling a modern, AI-powered SaaS organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining reporting and dashboards, aiding in pipeline and forecasting processes, ensuring the integrity of CRM data, and troubleshooting operational challenges affecting revenue teams.
This position is based in our San Francisco, CA office.
Key Responsibilities
Support Go-to-Market Operations: Execute daily reporting and workflows that facilitate operations for Sales, Finance, and Customer Field Engineering while gaining insights into the entire go-to-market process.
Deal Desk & Deal Support: Assist representatives and customer field engineering during late-stage negotiations by preparing quotes, supporting pricing approvals, structuring non-standard terms, and ensuring compliance with operational and financial standards.
Accounts Receivable & Billing Support: Aid in accounts receivable workflows, tracking invoices, resolving issues, and coordinating with Finance to ensure smooth transitions from deal closure to cash collection.
Commission Calculation & Support: Calculate commissions, assist with commission reporting, and ensure accurate, timely, and transparent payouts in collaboration with Finance and RevOps leadership.
Operational Reporting & Analytics: Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and develop key reports and dashboards related to pipeline, bookings, deal activities, and forecasting.
Assist with Forecasting Processes: Support weekly forecasting cycles, ensure pipeline accuracy, and prepare data, while learning about forecasting fundamentals.
