Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance and scale our go-to-market (GTM) engine. This pivotal role encompasses collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, accurate reporting, and aligned incentives within our revenue organization.
The role emphasizes HubSpot administration, focusing on data hygiene, workflow automation, and system optimization. You will work closely with Sales leadership regarding compensation strategies, territory management, and daily account executive support.
What You’ll Do
HubSpot Administration & Optimization (Core Focus)
- Oversee daily HubSpot administration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success hubs.
- Ensure data cleanliness and integrity through deduplication, normalization, and lifecycle management.
- Design, construct, and sustain HubSpot workflows, automation, and routing logic.
- Manage custom objects, properties, permissions, and integrations.
- Identify and rectify system issues, inefficiencies, and data gaps proactively.
- Document HubSpot processes and establish best practices for GTM teams.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making.
