About the Role
Join our dynamic team at 100x as a Revenue Operations & Automation Specialist, where your technical expertise and attention to detail will be pivotal in supporting our sales force. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality lead lists, enriching data, and managing our automation workflows.
This role is primarily focused on 80% list building and data operations, with the remaining responsibility being the maintenance of a pristine CRM process within HubSpot.

Core Responsibilities (80% List Building)
- Expertly build targeted lead lists utilizing Clay and/or ZoomInfo.
- Extract data from various sources, ensure accuracy, deduplicate, and standardize.
- Enhance leads using integrations and additional tools.
- Create repeatable scrapers, workflows, and lead generation automations.
- Manage segmentation logic for industry, revenue, location, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) matching.
- Maintain clean, standardized data ready for immediate sales outreach.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of incoming lead data.
- Continuously monitor list performance and refine quality.
- Oversee lead routing, list distribution, and daily lead flow to the sales team.
Revenue Operations & Automation (20%)
- Ensure HubSpot CRM hygiene by managing properties, deduplication rules, and workflows.
- Create and update basic HubSpot dashboards/reports (advanced skills are a bonus).
- Handle contact and company creation, lifecycle stages, and pipeline mapping.
- Automate repetitive sales processes using Clay, HubSpot workflows, Zapier, and Make.
- Assist Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) with lead data or CRM troubleshooting.
- Confirm that speed-to-lead protocols and notifications are operating correctly.
