About the Role
We are seeking a technical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations & Automation Specialist to enhance our sales efforts by developing high-quality lead lists, enriching data, and optimizing our automation workflows.
This position comprises 80% list building and data operations and 20% focused on ensuring CRM processes within HubSpot are maintained efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (80% List Building)
- Create highly targeted lead lists utilizing Clay and/or ZoomInfo (required expert-level proficiency).
- Gather data from various sources, validate its accuracy, deduplicate, and standardize.
- Enhance lead information using integrations and additional tools.
- Develop scalable scrapers, workflows, and lead generation automations.
- Oversee segmentation logic based on industry, revenue, location, and ideal customer profile (ICP) alignment.
- Ensure all data is accurate, standardized, and ready for immediate sales outreach.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on all incoming lead data for completeness and precision.
- Monitor list performance continually and refine for quality improvement.
- Manage lead routing, list distribution, and daily lead flow to the sales team.
Revenue Operations & Automation (20%)
- Ensure the cleanliness of HubSpot CRM (properties, deduplication rules, workflows).
- Create and update simple HubSpot dashboards/reports (advanced skills are a plus).
- Oversee contact/company creation, lifecycle stages, and pipeline mapping.
- Automate repetitive sales tasks utilizing Clay, HubSpot workflows, Zapier, and Make.
- Assist Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) in resolving lead data or CRM issues.
- Ensure speed-to-lead protocols and notifications function effectively.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Clay and ZoomInfo (mandatory — must be a power-user).
- Proficiency in HubSpot (required).
- Demonstrated experience in building, scraping, enriching, and deduplicating lead lists.
- Strong understanding of data accuracy, enrichment tools, and ICP logic.
- Experience in automating workflows via Clay, HubSpot, and Zapier.
- Meticulous attention to detail, high accuracy, and a commitment to clean data.
- Ability to collaborate directly with the sales team and meet tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in HubSpot reporting/dashboard creation.
- Bonus: Familiarity with additional enrichment tools.
