About the Role
We are in search of a proactive and systems-savvy Revenue Operations Manager (Partner Programs) to become an integral part of our Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the systems, execution, and process management that empower our Partner Account Managers and agency partners to thrive. Your expertise will bridge the divide between strategic business initiatives and technical execution, ensuring seamless operations.
As a key contributor, you will establish operational foundations from the ground up, handling everything from partner portal workflows to intricate referral reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Partner Lifecycle: Lead partner enrollment and vetting processes through the partner portal and manage the comprehensive deal registration and verification workflows.
- Facilitate Technical Execution: Implement alert messaging via our customer communication platform, and coordinate recruitment campaigns through email and in-app channels in cooperation with Partner Marketing.
- Develop Reporting Infrastructure: Create and sustain agency-specific pipeline reporting, referral validation, and fee reconciliation processes.
- Enhance Systems: Ensure Salesforce data integrity and establish linkages that facilitate account planning and weekly pipeline reviews.
- Enable Automation: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams to construct and evaluate our low-touch customer lifecycle and automate manual verification tasks.
- Document Operational Playbooks: Codify internal processes and develop the operational framework for our Gold, Silver, and Bronze partner tiers.
