As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate at Compass, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and managing agent contracts for our diverse team of real estate agents. Your contributions will be vital in reinforcing our compliance model and enhancing the efficiency of Compass' revenue operations. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams, including Sales Managers, Managing Brokers, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Configuration:
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Legal teams to tailor agent contracts.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to strategically enhance the contract configuration platform.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Managing Brokers to optimize workflows.
- Provide training and coaching to stakeholders on operational enhancements as they are implemented.
- Data Integrity:
- Assess systems and programs to ensure data accuracy for reliable analysis and payment processing.
- Identify and resolve data integrity challenges, implementing solutions to prevent future issues.
- Project Support:
- Participate in dynamic projects essential to business operations.
- Seize opportunities to support and advance key initiatives within the National Operations department.
