Position Objective
To ensure the performance and reliability of RFID product testing.
Key Responsibilities
-Adhere to the company's internal regulations and safety protocols.
- Uphold and promote Avery Dennison's ethics and values policy.
- Implement and encourage the 5S methodology within your work area.
- Participate in any designated brigades or committees and fulfill assigned tasks.
- Plan, execute, and report on laboratory tests for production validation, prototypes, pilot tests, and product evaluations.
- Design and enhance wireless RFID testing configurations.
- Efficiently learn to use laboratory equipment while maintaining systems and devices.
- Conduct RFID tag tests and integrated circuit characterization.
- Prepare sample machines for testing.
- Perform basic calculations on test results and create necessary documentation.
- Maintain and calibrate standard laboratory equipment.
- Foster a positive safety culture to ensure laboratory compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct product failure analyses and provide clear root cause investigations.
