Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse range of merchants, from high-potential startups to well-established institutions.
- Investigate escalations across various channels and provide prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Oversee operational processes, including risk user experience evaluations and urgent risk-related escalations from internal teams or financial partners, while maintaining a steadfast commitment to process excellence and thorough documentation.
- Identify risk factors and trends, reporting them effectively to enhance our operational strategies.
