Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and proactive approach.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms to meet our brand's high standards.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness protocols and quality audit standards throughout the property.
- Comply with departmental policies and procedures, attending all required training sessions.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, reporting any breaches to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork spirit, tackling challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
